We will continue our Foundations series this week by looking at the idea of "Calling" in Jeremiah 1:1-9. Just as God designed Jeremiah for a specific calling, we too have been designed with a specific calling. But what ingredients go into helping us understand and walk faithfully in our calling? This chapter helps us to identify some of those ingredients and reminds us that each of our specific callings are grounded in the larger calling of salvation by grace through faith in Christ.
