In Ephesians 2:10, Paul describes every follower of Christ as a work of art created to do good works. In Exodus 18, we will see Moses learn this lesson when he realizes that he needs the help of others in order to be faithful in what God has given him to do. Being part of the people of God through faith in Christ means that we're all ministers and that we should all be seeking ways to live with "ministry-mindedness."
