We continue in our Advent sermon series this Sunday with a look at Psalm 89. This psalm reflects a dark time in the history of God's people, one in which they wondered if he was still around and could still be trusted. We too encounter seasons of darkness for various reasons, so this psalm provides us with some truths to remember about the Lord in our dark times. And, ultimately, it points us to Christ who is our light in the darkness.
