This Sunday, we will complete our series in 1 John with a look at John's final verses in ch.5:13-21. In these concluding remarks in his letter, John reiterates for the last time his big three themes, that the Christian life is a life of truth and love and obedience. When our faith is in Christ, we can trust that we are in the truth, which will produce in our lives a love toward others and an obedience to God's commands. The result is confidence for anything that comes our way.
