We continue in our Advent sermon series this Sunday with a look at Psalm 122. This psalm is a "Jerusalem Psalm" and reflects the excitement of pilgrims from around Israel finally arriving in Jerusalem after a long journey. It is a reminder to us of the unique way in which we encounter the Lord when we gather together for corporate worship each week. Furthermore, it also points us forward to the ultimate encounter of the Lord that we will experience together in eternity.
