It's time to get ready for the Beach Retreat!
Our retreat is scheduled for September 17-21 at "Brainstopper" at Fort Morgan, AL.
Important info:
The cost of the retreat ($200) includes housing and meals while we are there. Expenses not included are meals while traveling, gas, and any meals out (optional). The deadline to sign up and pay is August 30. The retreat is open to members and regular attenders of Grace Church. (If you would like to register a guest, please see Shannon Gray.)

Ways to pay:
- drop a check in one of the Sanctuary offering boxes on Sunday - make your check payable to Grace Church with “Retreat” on the memo line OR drop it by the Church Office, Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00-4:00, or Friday, 9:00-12:00
- go to our APP or website and click on GIVING OR click HERE - choose “One-Time Gift”, under “Funds” click "Event" and put your name and "beach retreat" on the provided memo line
Once sign-up ends, those signed up will receive a letter with additional information. In that letter there will be a link to sign up for a snack to bring to share and some specific items you might want to bring.
Transportation and Rooming:
If you know you are riding with a particular person or if you are taking your car and know of anyone that is riding with you be sure to note that on the registration form. If you have questions about transportation, please call Joy Norton at (205) 765-3476.
For our room arrangements, this house has 3 bedrooms with king beds, 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each, and one big room with 2 twin bunks over 2 full beds. There will also be 2 twin air mattresses in that room. So if you have a group of 6 gals who want to room together there let her know. They are all super cool, spacious areas. If you would like to room with a particular person or persons, please check with that person or those ladies then let Nita Hallman know. She will be putting together the room arrangements and will do her best to arrange it. If you have any concerns, requests, or questions, please feel free to contact her.
