Classes for all adults and youth begin May 19

Parenting

This class will be based on the book, Parenting: 14 Gospel Principles that Can Radically Change Your Family, by Paul Tripp. (Participants are not required to read the book, but it is recommended.)  Rather than providing a nice formula for producing nice kids (Sorry parents - it doesn’t exist!), the goal of this class is to shape the hearts and minds of parents so that we can carry out our high calling to shepherd the hearts of our kids through the truths of the gospel.  This class is certainly a great opportunity for parents, or for those who might be parents in the future, but it is also for anyone who wants to develop a deeper appreciation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I, II, and III John

The three epistles of John provide an abundance of powerful teaching and insight, well beyond what we might expect, given their brevity.  As we study these scriptures together we will be reminded of the importance of holding on to the truth of the gospel and living out the truth in obedience and love for one another.

Location: Fellowship Hall

Teachers: Phil Bishop, Collin Sherrill, Keith Watson
